Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings, hires, and services provided by Opus AV LTD. By confirming a booking and paying any invoice, the client agrees to the terms outlined below:
1. Non-Refundable Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure all bookings and equipment hires.

The deposit confirms the reservation of equipment, crew, and resources and removes the date from availability.

Deposits are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, postponement, change of event details, force majeure, or third-party issues.
2. Cancellation by the Client

Clients may cancel a booking up to 90 days prior to the scheduled event or hire date by providing written notice.

Where cancellation is made 90 days or more before the event/hire date, no further charges will be due beyond the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made within 90 days of the event or hire date are not eligible for any refund, and the full balance may remain payable at Opus AV’s discretion.
3. No Refunds Issued

Opus AV does not issue refunds for cancelled services, unused equipment, partial use, early termination, or changes to event scope.

This includes cancellations caused by weather conditions, venue restrictions, supplier issues, travel disruptions, or client-related circumstances.
4. Postponements & Date Changes

Requests to reschedule or amend dates are subject to availability and approval by Opus AV.

Any payments already made, including the deposit, remain non-refundable and may not be transferred unless expressly agreed in writing.

Opus AV reserves the right to treat postponements as cancellations where reallocation of resources is not feasible.
5. Force Majeure

Opus AV shall not be liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control.

In such cases, all payments made remain non-refundable, as costs and resource commitments will already have been incurred.
6. Payment Confirmation

Payment of any invoice constitutes full acceptance of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

No booking is considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.
