These terms cover your use of this website, opus-av.com. The quotation and booking terms agreed with you for your event govern any booking of our services.

2. Using this website
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
You may browse the site, and print or save pages for your own use, for example to share with your partner, your planner or your colleagues while planning an event.
You must not:
- use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that could damage it or disrupt it for others
- try to get unauthorised access to the site, its servers or the systems behind our forms

3. Information on this website
Website content is provided for general information only. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but we may change or remove content at any time without notice. Kit lists, photos and descriptions show typical set-ups. The exact equipment for your event will be set out in your quotation.
4. Quotes and bookings
Sending us a brief does not create a booking. The written quotation sets out the equipment, crew, price, VAT and booking arrangements for your event. Corporate quotations are stated excluding VAT. A booking depends on availability and our written agreement with you. Payment dates and cancellation arrangements are set out in the terms agreed for your booking.
5. Our content and intellectual property
The text, design, logo, photographs, video, drawings and stage designs on this website are protected by intellectual property rights. Except for the personal use allowed above and uses permitted by law, ask the rights holder for permission before reusing them. You may link to our pages fairly, without suggesting an endorsement we have not given.
Photos of events may include names, monograms or logos. Rights in client or third-party material remain with the relevant rights holders. Publication on this website does not give you permission to reuse that material.
6. Links to other websites
Where we link to other websites, such as partners or social media, we do so for your convenience. We don't control those sites and we aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
7. Our responsibility to you
We provide this website free of charge for general information and work to keep it accurate and available. We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence, or if both you and we knew it might happen.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
8. Privacy, cookies and accessibility
How we use any personal information you send us is explained in our Privacy Policy. Our Cookies page explains browser storage and your statistics preference. Our Accessibility Statement explains how we make the site usable for everyone.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
10. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
